Below, you can find all required information regarding BEIMUN's fees, payment methods, and refund policy.
BEIMUN's fourth edition fees will be as follows. These fees include food, stationery (IDs, Certificates, Placards, Awards, Files, Notepads, Pens), and an invitation to BEIMUN's social night, held on the second day of BEIMUN'26* (RSVP required).
*RSVP is required for the social event.
Once a delegate registers through the form, a payment deadline of typically 21 days will be given to complete the payment, for which you will be informed 24–48h after submitting your registration. Extensions are possible but they must be granted by the Secretary Generals to be valid.
You will receive two reminders via WhatsApp once your payment deadline approaches. Past these reminders, with no response on your behalf, your registration will automatically be removed and a new registration form must be filled.
The reason for the early deadline is that the organizers need to secure the registration fees in order to cover essential upfront costs, such as venue deposits and printing services, as we do not have institutional support to fund these expenses on our behalf.
Payments are made through WHISH Money ONLY, using one of two options: Whish to Whish (preferred), or Cash Out. Payments may be made using any valid Whish account — including a U-18 (under 18) Whish account, as long as it is valid — when paying through the app (not in store).
If you're present at a WHISH store, present yourself with valid identification: national ID, passport, or driver's license. In the note section, please include your name.
No Receipt = No Registration
Once the payment has been made, please send us a copy of your receipt through the official Google Form to confirm your registration. Receipts via WhatsApp or e-mail will not be acknowledged. You will typically receive a confirmation within 24–48h.
If the conference is cancelled, a full refund will be granted. If the conference is postponed and you are no longer able to attend on the new dates, a refund will also be granted. Outside of these cases, refunds are generally not granted, so please register only if you are confident you can attend.
